Pre-Listing Inspection:
What is a potential buyer’s inspector going to find that I might be taking for granted?
Is this older plumbing up to today’s standards?
How do I decide what work to do to prepare for sale?
A Pre-Listing Inspection helps identify issues which may affect the sale of your home. We
